Side Stretch

4. Stand with your feet together and stretch your arms overhead. Interlock your fingers and turn the palms to the sky. Press your palms upward and plant the feet firmly downward. As you exhale, stretch to the right, hold the stretch for a few moments, breathing easily. Inhaling, coming back to the center and repeat to the left.
