Circle the Hips

2. Stand with your legs apart the width of the hips, feet parallel and toes pointing forward. Place your hands on the outside of the hip socket with your fingers pointing down. Again, suspend the body between heaven and earth, relaxing belly, jaw and eyes. Rotate in an oval 32 times clockwise and 32 times counterclockwise. This will warm up the hips.
