15. Stand with your feet the width of your shoulders, toes pointed forward and knees slightly
bent. Your arms are relaxed at the sides. Again, make sure that your belly is relaxed. Inhale and raise your arms out to the side, palms up, shoulder height and then above the head in a large circle. Straighten your legs as you make
this motion. Exhale and bring your arms down in front of the body, palms down, to the area right below the navel. The knees bend as you make this motion. Repeat this exercise 8 times. Breathe deeply and fully. Imagine that the energy
you are a gathering into you is moving through your whole body and then coming back into the area below the navel, where it is stored.
